The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing L3 support for Java applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in production environments. This role is critical in maintaining the stability of our systems and delivering high-quality support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for Java applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement improvements in application performance and reliability.
Monitor production systems and applications, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Document support processes and create knowledge base articles to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.




Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and updates.

Required Skills:
Robust proficiency in Java programming and production support methodologies.
Experience with Unix operating systems and command-line tools.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
