We are seeking a skilled DFT Engineer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Design for Test (DFT) methodologies and will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of testability and reliability. As a DFT Engineer, you will work closely with design and verification teams to implement DFT strategies that enhance product quality and reduce time to market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement DFT strategies for complex digital designs.
Collaborate with design teams to integrate DFT features into new products.
Utilize ATPG tools to generate test patterns and ensure effective fault coverage.
Perform DFT signoff and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct memory test and JTAG testing to validate product functionality.




Analyze test results and provide feedback to design teams for improvements.
Stay updated with the latest DFT technologies and methodologies to enhance testing processes.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of DFT methodologies and tools, including ATPG and TestMax.
Experience with memory testing and JTAG.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
