We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader for our Customer Support division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing customer service teams within an inbound and outbound call center setting, particularly in the international BPO sector. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving team performance to meet and exceed retention and attrition goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and motivate team members.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.




Analyze team performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing action plans as necessary.
Maintain a positive and productive work setting, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in a customer support leadership role, preferably within an international BPO setting.
Robust understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Proficient in performance management and coaching techniques.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive team performance.
Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies, including chat and email support systems.
