The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and addressing any denial issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
Address and resolve any denial issues related to accounts receivable.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in the accounts receivable system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of payment discrepancies.




Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries related to accounts receivable.
Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and collection efforts for management review.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle denial issues effectively and efficiently.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
