We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the plumbing and water management sectors, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the region.
Manage and mentor a team of sales specialists, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the plumbing and water tank sectors.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management,



highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the plumbing or water management industry.
Strong knowledge of PVC, CPVC, and UPVC products, as well as pipe fitting and plumbing solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
