As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing the client onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team focused on KYC and AML processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Oversee client onboarding procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed efficiently.
Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify and mitigate risks associated with money laundering and other financial crimes.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall client experience.




Provide training and support to team members on KYC/AML regulations and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the team remains compliant.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of KYC and AML regulations and practices.
Experience in client onboarding and periodic review processes.
Familiarity with EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
