We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices within our organization, particularly in the context of data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing effective safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of data center construction.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency response procedures.
Monitor and report on safety performance metrics,



and prepare documentation for regulatory compliance.
Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders regarding safety and environmental issues.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly in the construction industry.
Experience in data center construction projects.
Familiarity with ADIS (Automated Data Integration System) and its application in safety management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively promote safety culture within the organization.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
