The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel consultancy, particularly in international travel, and will be proficient in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus and Galileo. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional travel solutions to our clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
Utilize GDS platforms like Amadeus and Galileo to search for and book travel options that meet client needs.
Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, industry trends, and destination information to offer informed recommendations.




Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel bookings in a timely and qualified manner.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as an International Travel Consultant or similar role in the BPO sector.
Proficiency in GDS systems, particularly Amadeus and Galileo.
Solid knowledge of air ticketing processes and travel regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
