performing second-level verification of contractor RA and final bills after QS validation to ensure contractual and commercial compliance; .
checking BOQ, approved rates, inclusions, exclusions, deductions and supporting approvals before finance processing; .
coordinating discrepancy closure across Projects, Contracts and Finance; .
maintaining audit-ready billing trackers and strengthening billing controls, documentation discipline and SOP compliance across the SBU.
