We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Analyst to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in handling various types of claims, including cashless claims, reimbursement claims, and group mediclaim. As a Claims Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the claims adjudication process, ensuring that all claims are assessed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and process cashless and reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct thorough claims assessments to determine eligibility and validity of claims.
Collaborate with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to facilitate smooth claims processing and resolution.
Manage pre-authorization requests and ensure timely communication with healthcare providers and clients.
Maintain accurate records of claims and ensure compliance with health insurance regulations.




Provide support and guidance to clients regarding their claims inquiries and issues.
Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the claims process.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of cashless claims, reimbursement claims, and group mediclaim processes.
Proficiency in claims adjudication and assessment methodologies.
Familiarity with health insurance policies and regulations.
