We are seeking a energetic D2C Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for a prominent kids brand in Maharashtra. This role is pivotal in driving our direct-to-consumer strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, particularly in the kids' segment, and will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive D2C marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
