Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for desktop hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of user problems.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, including operating systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues, collaborating with other IT teams as necessary.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies.




Document support processes and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in desktop support.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of desktop support principles and practices.
