Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Implement configure and administer BMC Helix HAM and SAM modules.
Manage the complete lifecycle of hardware and software assets from procurement to retirement.
Configure and maintain asset classes product catalogs software license models and asset relationships.
Integrate BMC Helix with CMDB Discovery procurement and other enterprise systems.
Monitor software license usage ensure compliance and optimize software asset utilization.
Perform data reconciliation asset audits and maintain asset accuracy.
Develop reports dashboards and KPIs related to asset management and compliance.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide L2/L3 support for HAM/SAM settings.
Collaborate with IT operations procurement security and infrastructure teams to improve ITAM processes.




Create technical documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills
5 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix HAM/SAM or BMC Remedy Asset Management.
Solid knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
Experience with BMC CMDB BMC Discovery and ITSM integrations.
Understanding of software licensing models software compliance and asset lifecycle management.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Asset Management best practices.
Experience with REST APIs data imports and system integrations is an advantage.
Solid analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
