We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager - Mortgage Loans to join our team at one of the leading NBFCs. This role is pivotal in driving sales and distribution of mortgage products and services, ensuring we meet the existing and future needs of our customers. The Sales Manager will work closely with lenders' sales and operations teams to build product awareness and support the achievement of commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities include:
Responsible for achieving commercial targets for mortgage products across designated regions or clusters of lenders.
Collaborate with the Sales Head to identify and fulfill product requirements of customers, ensuring product support aligns with target achievement.
Plan and execute product training sessions for the lenders' teams to enhance product knowledge and address any challenges faced during sales.
Provide exceptional customer support to promote product adoption and satisfaction.
Advocate for the voice of the customer at a national level, developing strategies to enhance market share and revenue.




Work alongside the Marketing team to ensure effective market awareness and targeting of potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
Design and implement strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Lead on-ground activation campaigns to boost product awareness.
Prepare recent sales representatives through orientation and coaching, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in the sales process.
