As a Senior AR Caller, you will be responsible for handling denials, with a focus on resolving at least 8 denials or more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare billing standards.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to billing inquiries and issues.
Work closely with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and denials.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow up on outstanding accounts.




Collaborate with team members to improve billing processes and reduce denial rates.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and healthcare providers.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in physician billing and hospital billing.
