We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Support qualified to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support to end-users, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining the operational integrity of our IT services and enhancing user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT applications.
Assist users with hardware and software problems, guiding them through step-by-step solutions.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.




Conduct regular follow-ups with users to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed support.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of service desk operations and IT helpdesk support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting issues related to Active Directory and Office 365.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Jira.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced setting.
