Role & responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day site accounting, including cash, bank, ledger entries, and vouchers.
Maintain site expenses, bills, invoices, advances, and supporting documents.
Handle vendor and supplier reconciliation and coordinate for outstanding payments
Verify bills related to materials, fuel, machinery, transportation, labour, and other site expenses.
Prepare daily cash reports, bank reconciliation statements, and monthly expense statements.
Coordinate with Head Office for payment processing, bill submission, and settlement of site expenses.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Com / M.Com preferred.
58 years of experience in site accounting, preferably in road infrastructure, highway construction, or EPC projects.
Experience in independently handling day-to-day site accounts is essential. .
