The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring current customers in various sectors, including banking, insurance, and FMCG. This role requires a proactive approach to fieldwork and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales prospects through fieldwork and networking.
Promote and sell credit card products, life insurance, and CASA accounts to potential customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.




Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, insurance, or FMCG sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
