We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ATL Lab Incharge to join our well-reputed CBSE affiliated institution located near Preet Vihar, East Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging hands-on sessions in various fields including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Coding, IoT, Electronics, and 3D Design/Printing for students. The ATL Lab Incharge will plan and implement activities in accordance with NITI Aayog's Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) guidelines, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.

Key responsibilities include mentoring students for participation in ATL Marathon, CBSE Science Exhibitions, Robotics Competitions, Hackathons, AI Competitions, and Innovation Challenges. The candidate will also maintain ATL equipment, robotics kits, electronic components, and laboratory inventory, ensuring everything is in optimal condition for student use. Collaboration with teachers to integrate STEM education and experiential learning into classroom teaching is essential, as is organizing innovation workshops,



maker sessions, exhibitions, and community outreach programmes.

The successful candidate will ensure proper documentation, project records, and compliance with ATL and CBSE requirements. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics, or a related discipline is required. Certification or experience in relevant fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding, IoT, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Python, Scratch, App Development, or STEM Education will be preferred. Prior experience in managing an Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) or STEM/Robotics Lab in a CBSE school is highly desirable.
