We are seeking a skilled Blister Packaging Machine Operator to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have experience operating blister packaging machinery and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of pharmaceutical products. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and compliance of our packaging processes in accordance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the Rotary Blister Machine and IMA-PG Machine to ensure optimal performance and output.
Set up and adjust machinery for different packaging specifications, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure all products meet regulatory and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance,



and any issues encountered during operation.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working setting.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in blister packaging and machine operation, particularly with rotary blister machines.
Familiarity with GMP regulations and quality control processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively.
