Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational objectives and client requirements.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.
Robust expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures within Workday settings.
Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize system performance.
Experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycles with a focus on quality and maintainability.
Familiarity with best practices in code review, version control, and continuous integration processes.

Additional Information:

This position is based at our Chennai office.
