The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of medical coding practices and will be responsible for accurately coding patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. As a Medical Coder, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare billing process, working closely with healthcare providers to ensure that all services rendered are properly documented and coded.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze patient records to assign appropriate codes for diagnoses and procedures.
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify any discrepancies in patient records.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding practices and changes in regulations.




Assist in the resolution of billing issues related to coding discrepancies.
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure coding accuracy.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in medical coding, including knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Experience as an AR Caller or Patient Caller is a plus.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
