Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Video Editor to create and edit high-quality video content using both traditional editing tools and AI-powered tools. You will turn scripts and raw footage into polished videos for social media, marketing and brand channels, working quickly and keeping the output consistent.

Key Responsibilities
Edit videos from raw footage, scripts and briefs, including cuts, transitions, text, sound and colour correction
Use AI tools to speed up work, such as AI video and image generation, voiceovers, auto-captions, background removal and upscaling
Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video) and longer videos such as explainers and product videos
Write effective prompts and refine AI outputs until they meet quality and brand standards
Add subtitles, motion graphics, music and sound effects
Adapt one video into several formats and aspect ratios for different platforms
Work with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas and scripts into finished videos on deadline
Keep a library of templates, assets and prompts so work stays consistent and repeatable
Track what performs well and apply it to future edits.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio or showreel
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut
Hands-on experience with AI video tools, for example Runway, Pika, Kling, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs or Descript
Valuable sense of pacing, storytelling and short-form content trends
Basic knowledge of audio editing, colour and motion graphics
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Valuable communication and willingness to take feedback

Valuable to Have
Experience with Photoshop, Canva or Figma
Basic scriptwriting or storyboarding skills
Understanding of social media platforms and analytics
Experience editing for B2B, education, recruitment or corporate brands

Education

Degree or diploma in film, media, design or a related field is a plus, but a strong portfolio matters most.
