This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by engaging with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Onboarding: Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and onboard new client leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
Proposal Management: Prepare and send company proposals to potential clients, coordinating and following up to ensure client engagement.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and industry knowledge, proactively initiating contact with potential clients to generate new leads.
Client Relationship Management: Persuade clients to sign search contracts, assist in formulating their expectations,



and work collaboratively to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Matching: Collaborate with internal researchers to match candidates to client profiles and present a shortlist of candidates that meet client requirements.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain clear communication with clients.
