Process: US Voice Process – Healthcare

Work Location: Awfis Sierra, Perungudi, Chennai

Shift: US Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Experience: 0–5 years | Freshers with robust communication skills may apply

What We're Looking For
Robust verbal English communication and active listening skills.
Confidence in handling customer calls professionally.
A customer-first attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work night shifts and follow a structured work schedule.
Prior US voice process or healthcare customer support experience is an advantage.

What You'll Do




Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain explicit call documentation and follow established process guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service quality standards.
