We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Supervisor to join our team in the oil and gas sector in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in quality control processes, particularly in welding, and will be responsible for ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

As a QC Supervisor, you will oversee the quality control team, develop and implement quality assurance protocols, and conduct regular inspections and audits of welding processes. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Your role will also involve training and mentoring junior staff, as well as maintaining accurate records of inspections and quality assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the quality control team in daily operations.
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols specific to welding processes.




Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and resolve quality issues.
Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
