This role primarily involves providing inbound customer service, handling customer queries effectively, and upselling banking products. As a Phone Banking Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting banking services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about banking products and services, and upsell where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.




Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Robust customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
Familiarity with telecalling and sales processes is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.
A graduate degree is required, and candidates should be under 30 years of age.
