We are seeking a dedicated HR Talent Acquisition Executive/Manager to join our team at Ediffy Consultancy Services in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting the best talent for our clients. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding both client and candidate needs, ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct CV searches across various job portals to identify potential candidates.
Screen and shortlist CVs based on client requirements and candidate qualifications.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the roles.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.




Manage joining formalities and follow up with candidates post-offer acceptance.
Maintain accurate records and trackers of candidates and recruitment activities.
Handle documentation and payment follow-ups as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality. A background in English medium education will be an added advantage. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and have a robust understanding of the talent acquisition landscape.

This is a full time position based in Kolkata, and we welcome candidates with 1 to 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
