Key Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for desktop systems, applications, and hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop hardware, software, and networking.
Assist in the configuration and installation of current desktop systems and peripherals.
Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
