We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager (Talent Acquisition) to join our team at Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd. This role is crucial for leading our recruitment efforts and managing a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the recruitment industry, particularly in lateral and bulk hiring, and will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of at least 10 recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment targets.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders,



providing updates on recruitment progress and addressing any concerns.
Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in lateral hiring, bulk hiring, and BPO hiring.
Solid team handling experience, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Client handling experience is a plus, as it will enhance our ability to meet client expectations.
