Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, Zoom and Google Meet.
Understand learners educational backgrounds, career goals and learning requirements.
Guide learners towards suitable psychology programmes by explaining the curriculum, eligibility, fees and career opportunities.
Handle queries, address concerns and resolve objections related to courses and admissions.




Follow up with interested candidates and convert qualified enquiries into enrolments.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up notes and updates in the CRM.
Manage the admissions pipeline and assist candidates throughout the enrolment process.

What We're Looking For
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive counselling, profiling and pitching abilities.
Excellent follow-up and objection-handling skills.
A target-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales processes.
Prior experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions or inside sales will be preferred.
Exposure to the psychology or education industry will be an added advantage.
