Salary: 1,20,000 - 4,20,000 per year

Generate leads for Annual Maintenance Contracts, Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts, preventive maintenance and breakdown services.

Identify potential customers across industries, offices, data centres, hospitals, educational institutions, commercial establishments and manufacturing units.

Develop current business through cold calling, references, customer visits, networking, digital platforms and market research.

Manage and expand relationships with existing UPS, battery, stabilizer and networking product customers.

Understand customer requirements related to UPS capacity, battery backup, preventive maintenance, breakdown support and replacement requirements.

Conduct customer meetings, site visits and service requirement assessments.

Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for site surveys, inspections and solution recommendations.

Prepare and submit quotations, AMC proposals, service agreements, scope of work and commercial offers.





Follow up on quotations and convert service enquiries into confirmed orders.

Negotiate commercial terms while protecting company margins and service commitments.

Track AMC renewals, pending proposals, service contracts, customer complaints and payment status.

Ensure timely renewal of existing contracts and identify prospects for additional sales.

Coordinate with the operations and service teams for smooth execution of customer commitments.

Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, customer visits, orders, renewals and sales performance in CRM or Excel.

Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Achieve assigned monthly and annual targets for service sales, AMC renewals and recent customer acquisition.

Participate in exhibitions, product demonstrations, industry meetings and promotional activities when required.

Compensation: 10,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
