Role & responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to internal teams.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic system, application, and access-related issues.
Coordinate with IT and other relevant teams for technical issues requiring further assistance.
Monitor operational activities and ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to technical and operational activities.
Support user onboarding, system access, and basic application-related requirements.




Assist in monitoring system/application issues and follow up until resolution.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
Prepare and share periodic operational reports and updates with relevant stakeholders.
Support process implementation, system updates, and other operational initiatives.
Identify recurring issues and elevate them to the appropriate team for corrective action.
Ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and documentation requirements. .
