As a Customer Support Executive in the US Healthcare Inbound Voice Process, you will play a crucial role in assisting US-based customers with their healthcare insurance inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, providing accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations, and documenting interactions while maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. You will be expected to resolve customer queries promptly, escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, and stay updated with system changes and policy updates to meet quality and productivity targets.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, robust comprehension, analytical, and multitasking abilities. A basic knowledge of business writing and email etiquette is essential,



along with a customer service-oriented mindset and polished soft skills. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and during night shifts, and must not be pursuing any full time educational course.
