We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Executive to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers through inbound and outbound calls. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting hardware, software, application, network, and system-related issues, as well as assisting customers with login issues, password resets, and connectivity problems. You will provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical queries and diagnose issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, email, VPN, printers, and internet connectivity.

Key responsibilities include creating, updating, and tracking support tickets using tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk, escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams, and maintaining proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.



You will also be expected to ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, SLA, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support or IT Helpdesk, with a qualification of 10+2 or any graduate degree. Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, as well as a willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if necessary. A qualified attitude and positive customer service skills are also crucial for success in this role.
