Ocean Import Operations
. Manage FCL/LCL import shipments from pre-arrival to final delivery and closure.
. Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CFS/ICDs, CHAs, transporters, and overseas agents.
. Track vessel schedules, cargo availability, shipment milestones, and delivery timelines.
. Ensure timely shipment updates and adherence to customer

SOPs and SLAs. Documentation & Customs
. Verify BLs, invoices, packing lists, and other import documentation.
. Coordinate documentation amendments, customs clearance, and Delivery Order processing.
. Ensure compliance with customs, port, and company requirements.

Vendor & Customer Coordination
. Follow up with shipping lines and vendors for cargo release and timely delivery.
. Resolve routine shipment issues and escalate critical exceptions.
. Provide timely shipment updates and address customer queries. Reporting & Compliance
. Maintain shipment trackers, operational MIS, and accurate shipment records.
. Monitor turnaround times, pending activities, and documentation accuracy.
. Coordinate billing inputs and ensure timely shipment closure
