The ideal candidate will have a solid background in assembly production and a thorough understanding of various production methodologies. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and implementing effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the assembly production process to ensure timely and effective output.
Utilize ERP and SAP systems for effective production planning and inventory management.
Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Facilitate quality circles and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Apply the principles of Toyota Production System (TPS)



and utilize 7QC tools for problem-solving and process optimization.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance production lines and optimize workflow.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of assembly production techniques and methodologies.
Proficiency in ERP and SAP systems.
Familiarity with TPM, quality circles, TPS, and 7QC tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
