Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide them with a welcoming experience.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery and gems based on their preferences and requirements.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products available, including gold, diamonds, and other gemstones.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.




Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
