The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Design for Test (DFT) methodologies and will be responsible for ensuring the testability of complex ASIC designs. As a DFT Engineer, you will work closely with design and verification teams to implement DFT strategies that enhance product reliability and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement DFT architectures for ASIC designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with design teams to integrate DFT features into RTL designs, focusing on ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation) and test coverage.
Utilize tools such as Tessent and TestMax for test generation and analysis, optimizing test patterns for efficiency.
Conduct DFT reviews and provide feedback to improve design practices and testability.




Analyze test results and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to test coverage and yield.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in DFT technologies and methodologies to continuously improve processes.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in DFT methodologies and tools, including ATPG, RTL, Tessent, and TestMax.
Proficiency in ASIC design processes and familiarity with SOC design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Solid communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
