Starworth Global Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior AR Caller to join our team in Chennai, Noida, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounts receivable calling, with a focus on end-to-end denials management. This role is crucial for ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate billing information, and that any issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounts receivable process, including making calls to clients to follow up on outstanding payments.
Handle end-to-end denials management, ensuring that all claims are processed correctly and any issues are addressed promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve overall client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in the system.
Provide regular updates to management on the status of accounts and any challenges faced.

Required Skills:




Minimum of 1 year of experience in AR calling, with a proven track record in managing denials.
Familiarity with PB (Qualified Billing) and HB (Hospital Billing) processes.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
