We are seeking a dedicated BPO Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a quick-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing support and assistance as needed.
Address customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.




Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a BPO environment.
Familiarity with major companies such as Amazon, Surtherland, Tech Mahindra, and Wipro is a plus.
Solid verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly.
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Knowledge of BFSI sales is advantageous.
Experience in international voice processes is preferred.
