We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PICU Nurse to join our healthcare team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric intensive care units (PICU), as well as familiarity with general intensive care (ICU) and neonatal intensive care (NICU) practices. As a PICU Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to critically ill children, ensuring their safety and comfort during their stay in the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms, to provide timely interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
Educate families about their child's condition, treatment options, and care procedures to promote understanding and involvement in the care process.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records,



documenting all care provided and any changes in patient status.
Participate in ongoing training and career development to stay current with best practices in pediatric nursing.
