SEC Reporting Analyst
About the Role
This role involves the preparation and review of the Companys SEC reporting documents ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate financial disclosures.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review the Companys SEC reporting including Annual Reports 10-Ks 10-Qs 8-Ks and XBRL filings as required.
Specific areas of focus include the Balance Sheet Cash Flow Statement and various footnote disclosures.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferably with a focus in public accounting.
CPA ACA CA ACCA or equivalent certification.
Proficiency in SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP.
Robust communication and analytical skills.
Experience working within a global matrixed organization.
Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Oracle.
Experience with Workiva is a plus.
