As a DSA Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote LAP and mortgage loan products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to enhance sales performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify prospects for growth.
Provide training and support to DSAs to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.




Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to management.
