Qualification Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience

We are looking for engineers with 3 to 6 years of experience in server-side development to build robust, scalable backend systems.

Key Skills
Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Valuable understanding of software design principles, system design, and scalable architecture.
Experience with RDBMS, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis/Aerospike, and AWS.
Experience in performance tuning and scaling at the API and storage layers.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI,



or AI-powered development tools is an added advantage.
