Position : Content Manager
Qualification : Graduate in English journalism communications design or marketing
Experience : 3–6 years in content for e-commerce performance marketing or brand covering both copy and creative.
Location : Bangalore
Salary : 12 Lacs to 18 Lacs

Key responsibilities
End-to-End Content Management: Own content from concept and copywriting to creative direction production and final approval across digital channels.
Creative Development: Create social media CRM LinkedIn and campaign creatives using Canva Figma Photoshop and AI tools while guiding graphic designers on complex assets.
Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage integrated performance marketing e-commerce and CRM content calendars ensuring timely delivery and identifying gaps or conflicts.
Performance Marketing: Create and optimise Google Meta YouTube and programmatic ad content including hooks headlines scripts static creatives and video concepts for A/B testing.
Website & SEO:



Manage website content across homepage category pages PLPs PDPs blogs FAQs and buying guides with a solid focus on SEO and search intent.
AEO/GEO & AI Search: Optimise content for Google AI Overviews ChatGPT Perplexity and Gemini through FAQs direct answers comparison tables and structured product information.
E-commerce Content: Manage product listings across Amazon Flipkart JioMart Meesho and quick-commerce platforms including titles descriptions bullets A content and keywords.
CRM Content: Develop email WhatsApp SMS push and RCS campaigns with personalised engaging and compliant messaging.
LinkedIn Management: Own content strategy for Elkitch and Impex LinkedIn pages covering brand product culture industry and employer-branding content.
Regional Content & Compliance: Manage Malayalam Kannada and Tamil content ensuring compliance with ASCI platform policies Legal Metrology and DPDP requirements.
Brand Consistency: Maintain accurate product information and ensure all content consistently follows Impex brand guidelines and tone of voice
