As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed in office. You will work closely with project managers and construction teams to identify potential hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for training staff on safety procedures and conducting regular safety audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.




Collaborating with project teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into all phases of construction.
Providing training and guidance to staff on safety practices.
Reporting and investigating incidents and accidents to prevent future occurrences.
