We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices within our organization, particularly in the context of data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing effective safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into all phases of data center construction.
Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.




Lead incident investigations and ensure that lessons learned are communicated and integrated into future practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation related to health, safety, and environmental management.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly in the construction industry.
Experience in data center construction projects.
Familiarity with ADIS (Automated Data Integration System) and its application in safety management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to address safety challenges proactively.
