As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, assessing their financial situations, and recommending suitable mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate clients' financial information and credit history to determine eligibility for mortgage loans.
Provide expert advice on various mortgage products, including Loan Against Property (LAP) and Prime LAP.
Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing finance regulations and market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with clients,

Ensure compliance with all lending policies and procedures.
