We are seeking a dedicated BPO Collections Executive to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, particularly in debt collection and third-party collections, and will be adept at handling voice processes in an international BPO setting.

As a BPO Collections Executive, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding debts, communicating effectively with clients, and ensuring that collections are handled in a professional manner. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop strategies for debt recovery and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls related to debt collection.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients.
Maintain detailed records of all communications and transactions.




Collaborate with team members to improve collection strategies.
Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial information.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in collections, particularly in debt collection and third-party collections.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with international BPO processes and voice operations.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented approach.
